The block crew worked a half day and finished up the foundation. With that we put our 1st draw request in at the bank. Additional tasks completed today include installation of foundation drainage, backfill the garage area, regraded a portion of the driveway with stone.
Karen and I completed the evening site visit. We enjoyed talking to the neighbors on the way in and out of the neighborhood. Greg Shupe came over to the lot and shared war stories on construction. We were excited to hear that the Shupes and Nixons will be building a spec house on the other end of the street.
