Revising the Plan: Making Appleton Chase Our Own

While the Appleton Chase closely matched what our wishes for the Dream Home.  Working with our builder, Doug Lilly, we made some slight alterations during the Winter of 2011.  These include:

• Evening the rear dimension of the house to pick up two feet in the Keeping Room, Master Suite and on the Screened in porch.
• Expanding the width of the garage by two feet and adding ten feet on the front to add another garage bay.  This added square footage in the upstairs bonus room.
• Adding a mud room entry in from the garage, so that entry into the house doesn't occur directly in the stairwell.
• Finishing the 2nd floor of the two story foyer to allow for more square footage in bedroom 2, a balcony overlooking the great room leading to unfinished walk in attic space.
